Fixed filename issue with downloading. Before the filename would be something like 234asdf2223.jpg.jpg and now it saves as [nameoffile].jpg

Changed from x86 to AnyCPU to enable it to work on 32-bit and 64-bit machines without a recompile
Added double click of thumbnail to set wallpaper
Disabled change of wallpaper if within an RDP session
